Xoom Bills When Customer is Unaware then straight to Collection
| Xoom was billing me for gas for 6 months and never sent me a bill. I was under the impression service was terminated, and I zeroed out my account (per phone conversations)... however, I have been told that because I didn't submit a written termination, I am liable for charges that I never even knew they were charging me for. And at the same time, I was paying the utility company for gas. I was told too bad, I am basically double billed and have to pay it. And they could not clarify what the charges were. I was sent directly to collection over a year and a half later without any idea I was even still considered a "customer." Horrible company and I would never recommend. | |||
